Rhenogran® P91-40/NR

Rhenogran® P91-40/NR by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a pre-dispersed aramid short fiber pulp for reinforcing natural-, synthetic- and thermoplastic rubber compounds. It improves elasticity modulus, modulus at low strain, flexural strength, hardness, abrasion, dimensional stability, compression-, shrinkage-, creep-, tear- and penetration resistance. It is used as a high-grade reinforcing material for sulfur and peroxide cured rubber compounds and in thermoplastic rubbers, preferably based on NR. It enhances the green strength of the uncured compound depending on the dosage. It finds application in molded and extruded articles, elastomers, hose, seals, conveyor belting, tire, v-belts and rollers based on NR, SBR. Recommended dosage rate of Rhenogran® P91-40/NR is 2-20 phr. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
