Rhenogran® ZnO-80

Rhenogran® ZnO-80 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a curing activator for natural-and synthetic rubber, particularly chloroprene rubber. It also used as multi-purpose curing activator, especially in the presence of fatty acids for tires. It provides smoother profiles in products, due to of its homogeneous dispersion. It improves elongation at break and slight increase in modulus and tensile strength. It contains ethylene propylene diene rubber as a binder. Recommended dosage level of Rhenogran® ZnO-80 is 3-8 phr. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
