Rhenosin® W 95

Rhenosin® W 95 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a plasticizer to improve the low-temperature flexibility of elastomer vulcanizates. It is an easily dispersible additive. Its flexibilizing effect at low temperatures and its low vapor pressure a high temperature makes it the plasticizer of choice in rubber articles over a wide range of temperatures. Rhenosin® W 95 is designed for refrigerator seals, hoses, ribbons, raw edge V-belts and gas meter membranes. Recommended dosage level for NBR, PUR, ECO is 30 phr, for ACM is 25 phr, for EPM, EPDM, polysulfide rubber is 15 phr, for CR, NR, SBR is 10 phr, and for IIR is 5 phr. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
