Stabaxol® 1 LF by Lanxess is a monomeric carbodiimide. Acts as an anti-hydrolysis agent. It has distinctly reduced content of volatile components for polyester polymers (PET, PBT, TPE), polyamide, thermoplastics polyester polyurethanes (TPU) and millable urethane rubber. Stabaxol® 1 LF is very suitable for extrusion of monofilaments. Its recommend dosage is 1.5 to 2.5 pbw for polyester, polyamide, and thermoplastic polyurethanes.
