Thermostabilizer® KL 3-2049

Thermostabilizer® KL 3-2049 by Lanxess is a non-ionic, sterically hindered anti-oxidant acting against thermo-oxidativ degradation which may occur during processing as a result of thermal, oxidative and mechanical stress. It is aromatic ester of phosphoric acid. In this additive, scavenges hydro-peroxides without forming color bodies in a stoichiometric reaction by forming alcohol, simultaneously oxidizing the phosphite to the corresponding phosphate (secondary antioxidant). It is suitable for PC, ABS, PA and TPU.
