Uniplex 82 is a light-fast citric acid ester acetyl triethyl citrate (ATEC). Acts as a plasticizer and solvent. It is compatible with a large number of polymers such as cellulosics [like cellulose acetate (films, fibers), cellulose acetate butyrate, ethyl-cellulose, and nitrocellulose, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinylchloride and polylactides. Used in plasticizers, plastic- & rubber polymers and polymer auxiliaries.
