SANDET ONA by Sanyo Chemical Industries is an anionic, sodium salt of higher alkylsulfate which acts as an emulsifying and dispersing agent. It produces emulsion with relatively large particles. It is compatible with base materials such as vinyl acetate, acryl, polyvinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride. SANDET ONA is used in the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate and acrylic esters.
