SARANOX® 042

SARANOX® 042 by Sarex Chemicals is a phenol-free, hydroxylamine antioxidant. It is resistant to gas fuming fading and radiation. It captures carbon free radicals and stabilize peroxyl free radicals.

It improves whiteness and melting stability of polymer.
It has non-polar structure and exhibits excellent compatibility, synergistic effect and low volatility in polyolefin products.
It reduces the time of PE rotational molding to a certain extent.
It is used in the combination with hindered amine (HALS) and phosphite antioxidant.
Used in PP, PE, TPO and other polyolefin, especially film and fibre material and is suitable for plastics application.
The recommended usage level of SARANOX® 042 is 0.05-2%.
