HELI™ ACM-20 Impact Modifier

HELI™ ACM-20 Impact Modifier by Shandong Rike Chemical is a grafted copolymer of light-chlorinated HDPE and acrylate with structure of CPE-grafted-polyacrylate. It acts as an impact modifier under low temperature promoting the fusion property of PVC blend with corner welding strength. It shows good surface glossiness and excellent processability with better weather-resistance. It is a patent product and appears as a white powder. Compared to CPE, ACM has faster fusion and higher elongation rate at break. It can replace CPE plus processing aid in the formulation and can bring the best toughness to PVC products than other PVC additives. It is mainly used to produce PVC profile, pipes and WPC (wood plastic composite) product etc.
