HELI™ ACM-24 Impact Modifier

HELI™ ACM-24 Impact Modifier by Shandong Rike Chemical is grafted copolymer of light-chlorinated HDPE and acrylate with structure of CPE-grafted-polyacrylate. It acts as an impact modifier, under low temperature promoting the fusion property of PVC blend.

• It provides good surface glossiness and excellent processability with weather-resistance.
• It is a patent product and appears as a white powder.
• It is compared to CPE, ACM has faster fusion and higher elongation rate at break.
• Also shows corner welding strength and can replace acrylic impact modifier and CPE impact modifier in the formulation.
• It can bring the best toughness to PVC products than other PVC additives.
• HELI™ ACM-24 Impact Modifier is mainly used to produce outdoor PVC applications, such as PVC window profile, PVC pipe & pipe fitting, PVC fence, PVC siding & decking, PVC panel and so on.
