HELI™ HL-755 Opaque Acrylic Impact Modifier

Opaque acrylic impact modifier. It is a core-shell type of copolymer consisted of rubbery core (butyl acrylate) and glass shell. It shows balance combination of impact strength, surface glossiness and weather-resistance. It also shows color durability under long-period exposure to outdoor conditions as it is compatible with PVC, rubbery core transfers the external impact energy into heat and grafted shell providing the perfect compatibility. It has a good processability and better dimensional stability. It appears as free flowing white powder with narrow particle size distribution. It is used to produce outdoor PVC applications, such as window profile, pipe and pipe fitting, fence, siding and decking, panel and so on.
