Longlock H001 by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology is a bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate. It acts as an antioxidant and light stabilizer. It can be diluted in acetone, dichloromethane, hexane, methanol, styrene, acetic acid, ethylester and is insoluble in water. It belongs to class of hindered amine. It gives long term heat stability and is suitable for heat protection. Its effectiveness is independent of polymer thickness and can be greatly enhanced by co-addition of UV absorbers or nickel-containing stabilizers. It is compatible with polyamides, polyacetals, PP, HDPE, PS, ABS, SAN and PU. Longlock H001 is suitable for EPDM rubbers, films and tapes. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5%.
