Longlock TMTM(TS) by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology is a tetramethyl thiurammonosulfide. It is used as a secondary accelerator as a booster for sulphonamides to achieve faster cure rate. It offers good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams. It provides high curing activity and no discoloration. It is compatible with polychloroprene in association with DPG and sulphur. It can be diluted in dichloromethane, benzene, acetone, carbon disulphide and toluene. It is party soluble in alcohol and diethyl ether and insoluble in gasoline and water. Longlock TMTM(TS) is compatible with rubbers. The shelf life is 2 years.
