SVE -601 Emulsion

SVE -601 Emulsion by Siovation is a 60% solid emulsion of 1,000 cs polydimethylsiloxane. Acts as a release agent. It contains wetting agents that produce a uniform film of silicone on the substrate. SVE -601 Emulsion is alkylphenol-free as well as solvent free and possesses excellent cleaning properties in the diluted state. It leaves an unblemished de-molded pieces with an extremely smooth finish. Has an excellent stability as supplied and after dilution with many beneficial properties, including heat stability, chemical inertness, water repellency, lubrication, and suppleness. It is easily diluted in water with agitation as well as formulated with surfactants that are compliant with European Detergent Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 and nonionic emulsifiers to maximize compatibility. Used for industrial applications like technical rubber, tires. Can be used for automobile tire dressing, and vinyl protectant formulations. It is also used in synthetic (PVC, PUR), and natural leathers used in clothing, shoes, automobile interiors.
