SONGSTAB™ BP-49NE by Songwon is Ca-Zn organic complex-based heat stabilizer. It is composed of the metal soaps and lubricants. It possesses excellent processing ability with fast gelling characteristics. It has low odor and volatiles because of powder stabilizer. The sulfur stain does not occur because of absence of heavy metal. SONGSTAB™ BP-49NE is used for PVC formulations. It can be used in semi-rigid or flexible extrudings and compounds for electric wires.
