SONGSTAB™ SW-127

SONGSTAB™ SW-127 by Songwon is Ca-Zn organic complex-based heat stabilizer. It is composed of the metal soaps and lubricants. This additive possesses excellent heat stability, processability, initial color and brightness. It needs proper lubricant to keep a higher and unified out-put of double corrugated pipe extrusion. The sulfur stain does not occur because of non-heavy metals. SONGSTAB™ SW-127 is used for general pipes (rigid). Recommended for PVC formulations.
