ST-LS301

ST-LS301 is an efficient lubricant masterbatch by Starbetter Chemical Materials. It is a high molecular weight polysiloxane uniformly dispersed in polyolefin resin. It is used as processing aids and surface modifier for thermoplastics to improve surface glossiness and touch feelings. It can be blended evenly with other materials in production for easier processing. Suitable for LDPE, PE alloy, cross-link PE cable, halogen free FR cable, silicone core duct, PE pipe & film and HDPE bottle. It reduces the torque of screws, consumption, final products’ defect rate as well as makes mold filling easier and reduces molding period. It improves lubricating & surface silk-smooth properties and scratch resistance. Exhibits good thermal stability, migration resistance, and do not affect the post-processing painting and printing applications. Recommended dosage level of ST-LS301 is 0.6-2.0% to improve flowability and mold release as well as 2.0-10.0% to change the surface property, reduce friction factor and improve slipping property.
