STRUKTOL® 60 NS Flakes by Struktol is a homogenizing agent, resin plasticizer and processing aid. It improves the homogeneity of elastomers of different polarity and viscosity.

It assists processing by reducing compound viscosity and nerve. It reduces bagging tendency, increases extrusion rates without increasing die swell and improves calendering properties.
STRUKTOL® 60 NS Flakes increases green tack of compounds and boosts the efficiency of tackifying agents and does not harden vulcanization.
The ideal dosage level is 4-15 phr added to the polymers within the mixing cycle.
