STRUKTOL® A 50 P

STRUKTOL® A 50 P by Struktol is a processing additive for natural & synthetic rubber and peptizer for natural rubber. This zinc soap of unsaturated fatty acids is rubber soluble leading to faster physical peptization. It is effective in lower temperature range of compounding and mastication in a separate stage & single stage mixing. STRUKTOL® A 50 P causes a rapid incorporation of the fillers and lead to a shorter mixing cycle. This product does not bloom from the vulcanizates. It is used in all types of rubber except halogenated rubbers, EPDM and IIR. Recommended dosage level is 1-5 phr. The shelf life of this product is 18 months.
