STRUKTOL® HT 107 by Struktol is a peptizer and processing additive for natural rubber. It is a blend of organo-metal complex & organic and inorganic dispersing agents. This product is used for pre-mastication and single-stage processes. STRUKTOL® HT 107 is easily dispersed in rubber and acts as a dispersing agent for compounding materials in powder form. It is effective on the mill at temperatures above 80°C and in the internal mix up to 160°C. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5 phr. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
