STRUKTOL® HT 266

STRUKTOL® HT 266 by Struktol is a processing additive for natural & synthetic rubber. It is a blend of fatty acid derivatives. It provides excellent improvement of processing behavior for a wide range of elastomers like NR, SBR and EPDM (except for halogenated elastomers). STRUKTOL® HT 266 is suited for extruded compounds, transfer & injection molding. It improves dispersion of fillers and has beneficial influence on batch-to-batch uniformity. It acts as a cure activator & allows for reduced dosage of stearic acid. It is incorporated on two-roll mills at temperatures above & 60°C. Recommended dosage level is 1-3 phr. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
