STRUKTOL® SCA 930 CB by Struktol is a coupling agent. It is a 1:1 blend of N 330 carbon black and a bifunctional silane. This product is used in halogenated elastomers compounded with silica, clay, or talc. The typical dosage level for silica is 6-26 parts per 100 parts of filler and 1-2 parts per 100 parts of filler for clay & talc. The shelf life of STRUKTOL® SCA 930 CB is one year.
