STRUKTOL® TR 041

STRUKTOL® TR 041 by Struktol is a processing additive and compounding aid. This fatty acid based additive is designed to maximize the wetting to both polar filler and a non-polar polymer. It decreases mixing times, melt temperatures and viscosity. Specific viscosity improvements have been seen with high impact polystyrene (HIPS). The addition level for STRUKTOL® TR 041 is depending on polymer and other additives, from 0.1% in PE to 1.0% or higher in HIPS. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
