STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG

STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG by Struktol is a lubricant additive for PVC and polymer processing. It is manufactured from high quality vegetable acid with low iodine value. It possesses externally lubricating properties which has no negative impact on clarity in extrusion, blow molding, calendering, or injection molding. STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG is suited for calendered PVC sheet where clarity is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters. The recommended dosage level for injection molding (opaque), injection molding (clear), extrusion (opaque), extrusion (clear), calendering (opaque) & calendering (clear) is 0.3-0.5 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr, 0.3-0.7 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr & 0.3-0.5 phr respectively. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
