STRUKTOL® VLB-618

STRUKTOL® VLB-618 by Struktol is a processing additive and compatible complex ester lubricant. It is manufactured from high quality vegetable fatty acids. It is suitable for clear calendered PVC sheet, clear extrusion, calendering, blow molding and injection molding formulations. It is especially useful in products that require printing, laminating, or bonding. STRUKTOL® VLB-618 is very effective mostly as an external lubricant, with some internal properties, which have no negative impact on clarity. It is used where clarity and low water blush is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters. The recommended dosage level for injection molding (opaque), injection molding (clear), calendering (opaque), extrusion (opaque), extrusion (clear) & wire cable (high speed) is 0.3-0.75 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr, 0.5-0.75 phr, 0.4-0.8 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr, 0.5-0.7 phr respectively. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
