STRUKTOL® W 33 Flakes

STRUKTOL® W 33 Flakes by Struktol is a dispersing and processing additive. It causes a better plasticity of elastomers which leads to rapid incorporation of fillers and other powdery ingredients. It reduces sticking to process equipment and reduced bagging on open mill. In extrusion compounds, increased output and improved surface & edges is obtained. STRUKTOL® W 33 Flakes is suitable for calendering applications. Vulcanizates have better release properties and better finish. The recommended dosage level is 2-5 phr and 7 phr in compounds with high filler content. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
