STRUKTOL® ZB 49

STRUKTOL® ZB 49 by Struktol is a processing additive and physical peptizer for natural rubber formulations. It improves downstream processing while enhancing physical properties in synthetic and natural rubber blends. STRUKTOL® ZB 49 when used with silane coupling agents it appears to have a synergistic affect and improves the coupled properties. It stabilizes vulcanization at high temperatures and reversion is reduced. It is suitable for injection & transfer molding and continuous vulcanization. The suggested dosage level is 1-5 phr. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
