Picco™ A-10 Hydrocarbon Resin

Picco™ A-10 Hydrocarbon Resin by Synthomer is a hydrocarbon-based liquid plasticizer and tackifier. It is a low molecular weight, derived largely from aromatic petroleum feedstock. It is characterized by its chemical inertness, resistance to salts, acids, alkalies, water and brines. It provides solubility in a wide variety of hydrocarbon solvents. It offers excellent pigment wetting. It is used as a binder in rubber compounding. It is compatible with natural-, synthetic rubbers, EVA resins, SIS and SBS block copolymers, low molecular weight polyethylene, paraffin and microcrystalline waxes, chlorinated paraffin, alkyd-, epoxy-, phenolic-, terpene-, rosin ester resins, chemical plasticizer and drying oils. Picco™ A-10 Hydrocarbon Resin is used in packaging-, non-food contact-, specialty tape, wires and cables. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
