Sinpolene MBN7594

Sinpolene MBN7594 by Teknor Apex is a low odor additive containing 8% of nucleating agent. It enhances the clarity and improves mechanical & thermal properties of PP homopolymer and random copolymer. It provides transparency, gloss and smoothness on surface. This additive improves dimensional stability and flexural modulus. It reduces molding cycle time possible due to higher crystallization temperature. This additive prevents sink mark. It is approved for food contact applications. Sinpolene MBN7594 is designed for injection molding, profile & sheet extrusion. The recommended dosage is 2.0-4.0%.
