Antioxidant 697 by TianJin North JinHeng Chemical Plant is a non-discoloring 2,2’-oxamidobis [ethyl 3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxy phenyl) propionate]. Acts as a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, thermal stabilizer and metal deactivator. Compatible with PE, PP, PS, polyester, EPDM, EVA and ABS. Shows strong synergistic effect with phosphites, other phenols and thioesters. Exhibits low volatility and non-staining property. Designed for wire & cable insulation, automotive parts, film and sheet manufacture. Antioxidant 697 complies with FDA for use in food packaging applications.
