TecoCell® GT

TecoCell® GT acts as a foaming agent. It is produced through a specialized and patented process and creates a homogeneous gas/cell matrix. The uniformity of the cell gives the user a light weight part with low warpage, faster cycles times, lower clamping pressure, better stiffness and higher heat distortion properties. TecoCell® activates at temperatures above 400°F and does not produce corrosive byproducts or require any scavenger technology. TecoCell® GT is recommended for foaming PET, PETg, Nylon, PLA and other high temperature processing polymers. Suitable for all injection molding and automotive blow molding applications.
