TecoCell® H1

TecoCell® H1 is produced through a specialized and patented process and acts as a foaming- and nucleating agent. The uniformity of the cell gives the user a light weight part with low warpage, faster cycles times, lower clamping pressure, better stiffness and higher heat distortion properties. TecoCell® H1 activates at temperatures above 400°F and does not produce corrosive byproducts or require any scavenger technology. Recommended for foaming polyolefins and polystyrene, and nucleation of these polymers when foamed with physical blowing agents. Suitable for all injection molding and automotive blow molding applications. It is targeted for applications where the smallest cell size achievable with a CFA is required. Complies with FDA regulations. The components of this product are reported in the US EPA TSCA inventory and the Canadian DSL.
