EcoFlame APP206 by Unibrom is an ammonium polyphosphate mixture. It acts as a halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardant. It provides an excellent heat stability, show no migration, no plate-out, good hydrolysis resistance and compatibility even with outstanding fire-proof performance than brominated flame retardant for polyolefins such as PP / PE / ABS / EVA. EcoFlame APP206 maintains better physical properties due to the low dosage (19~21 wt%). It has a beautiful appearance and has low specific density than deca-brominated flame retarded PP.
