Andonox KP-9 by United Initiators is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. Acts as general purpose polymerization initiator with remarkable purity. It is phlegmatiser for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators. It gives consistent room temperature performance with both resins and gelcoats. Andonox KP-9 is used for hand lay-up, spray-up, RTM, polyester concrete, continuous laminating, filament winding, vacuum infusion and centrifugal casting.
