Dispersion of two special UV absorbers in combination with a blend of polymeric HALS in ethyl vinyl acetate. An innovative masterbatch suitable for production of long life greenhouse films. It is well known that in order to grow and ripen, plants need to absorb the red wave light (0.68-0.77 µm). Innovative additive contained in it absorbs the harmful UV rays and transforms these in red light. Increasing rays useful to the growth, plants consequently absorb more quantities and as a result, production increases, plants grow faster, good growth of plant roots, reduction in plant diseases, increase in chlorophyll content and therefore intensity of green, general increase of quality, increase of vitamins and sugar concentration, reduction of nitrate content in many vegetables, reduction of the so-called "petal blackening" in rose cultivation, and early flowering and quantity increase of flowers (i.e. roses and tulips). In order to get & maintain a very good efficacy of the additive, the film produced must not be covered with shading net or lime paste painted, otherwise the performance of the photoselective additive will be lost.
