VIBATAN® PE Antistatic 02503

Composition of a fatty acid antistatic agent and synthetic silica, dispersed in polyethylene, free from waxes or any other lubricants. Acts as an antistatic agent. Plastic articles during their processing are subject to accumulations of electric charges on some parts of their surface, which catch dust and looks unpleasantly stained. Helps to remove the electric charges on their surface and avoids dust stains. Developed specially for the processing of polyolefines, in particular for the filming application where the migration of the additive must be kept under control. Contained synthetic silica gives the film a very good releasing effect, thus reducing the adherence between the surfaces during extrusion and rolling of the film. Suitable for production of packaging supposed to come into contact with foodstuff.
