VIBATAN® PP Antiblocking-Slip 01583

Dispersion of ultramicronized synthetic silica, with the addition of a slip agent, dispersed on a polypropylene carrier. Acts as an antiblocking-slip agent. Can be applied in the extrusion of polypropylene film, and helps the detachment of the film wrapped around the spool and the film opening at the same time. Also used for polypropylene moulding, and helps the batch expulsion from the mould; moreover is especially suitable for the moulding of articles of small dimension, where cycle speed may cause problems of detachment from moulds.
