CEVO® -process B-3205

CEVO® -process B-3205 by Voelpker is a processing auxiliary. It includes one pack synergistic combination of lubricating-, release- and dispersing agents as well as phenolic and phosphonate stabilizers. It is especially designed for the application in high-filled polyethylene and polypropylene. The distribution of fillers in melt is improved and the process stress of the melt is significantly reduced by adding CEVO® -process B-3205 to PE and PP compounds respectively. In addition, the formulation receives a thermo-oxidative base stabilization. The produced compound/masterbatch can be easily processed in further processing steps. This grade is part of Voelpker's Plastic Recycling Series and complies with ROHS and CONEG. The recommended dosage level is 0.7% and maximum shelf life is 5 years after production.
