CPE 135 A by Zibo Fengyi Plastics is a chlorinated polyethylene thermoelastomer. It acts as an impact modifier of hard PVC.

It has fine unified physical function such as fine tenacity at low-temperature, high tensile strength, fine consistency coherency with PVC.
It possesses good shock-resistance(shock strength).
It can form a three-dimensional netted structure inside hard PVC products.
It is suitable for use in PVC special-shaped material for window, upper & lower water pipe and box pipe of wire.
CPE 135 A is used in PVC foam plate, PVC extruding plate and PVC press plate.
