Panex® 35 Chopped Fiber (Type -13)

Flake-type chopped carbon fiber. It provides ready impregnation of thermoset resins, with the capability to mold complex shapes. The resultant carbon fiber / resin matrix composites offer high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios. It is also used as a low-cost alternative in thermoplastic applications and recommended for thermoset resins: epoxy, vinyl ester, unsaturated, polyester, and phenolic. It finds many applications in automotive, aerospace, chemical industry, construction, military and sports goods.
