Panex® 35 Chopped Fiber (Type -85)

Chopped carbon fiber. It has high bulk density values, which allows for cleaner and more consistent flow rates. It distributes easily during compounding, improving the process and product performance. It shows excellent mechanical and electrical properties like high strength & modulus, low density, electrical conductivity, low thermal expansion and an excellent friction / wear property. Its compact pellet form maintains its integrity from the package, into, and through the hopper. It is applicable for use in high operating temperature environments where excellent chemical resistance, heat aging, dimensional capability, and mechanical properties are required. It is recommended for high temperature thermoplastics (HTTP): PPS, PEEK, PEI, PPA, PAI, PES and PSU.
