QIANGLI QL-2311 VDV1000

QIANGLI QL-2311 VDV1000 by Huangshan Qiangli Chemical is an electrically-insulating, vinyl-terminated dimethylpolysiloxane. It is the main raw material for LSR (liquid silicone rubber), injection thermoforming silicon rubber and is designed for thermoplastic extrusion promotion and organic polymer modification.

• It can also be used as base-material for producing high temperature silicone disulfide rubber (HTV).
• It is suitable electronic potting compounds such as power supply, LED lamps and electrical appliances.
• Used as a plasticizer and acts as an internal mold release agent.
• It is an easy to polymerize and low temperature compliant grade and exhibits enhanced toughness, no mechanical purity good demolding- and water proofing effect.
