Arctic® Black 10P950 by Shepherd is a chemically inert, heat resistant, UV stable, strong red shade IR brown-black powder. It is produced by high temperature calcination. It possesses low free iron, good UV- & visible opacity, exceptional durability & hiding power, high total solar reflectance (TSR), high infrared reflection and low heat build-up. It is a non-warping, non-bleeding and non-migratory grade.
  • It is generally used in applications where resistance to heat, light, and weather are required.
  • It is compatible with most resin systems and polymers.
  • It also protects substrates from heat-induced deformation.
  • Arctic® Black 10P950 is designed for building & construction (siding, roofing, doors, windows & extrusions, films, and laminates), automotive interior & exterior parts, PVC, polyolefins, engineering- ad speciality polymers.
