Daikin fluoro based polymers processing aids are additives used to increase productivity and quality of PE materials during extrusion. These additives have the advantage to not compromise on PE performance as only few hundred ppm are needed.

Eliminate die build-up

Do you desperately need to stop wasting time in die cleaning your extruder and getting perfect surface quality for your PE films or pipes? You might want to eliminate die build up! This deposition of components of the extrudate exiting a die during extrusion operations.

The die build up effects worsen with the time. Daikin's polymer processing aids are highly effective in reducing die build up. Instead of stopping your production every 8 hours, your extruder can be cleaned every 10/15 days only! Especially, when it comes to printed films, it is necessary to have perfect films. One irregularity can damage the whole production.
