Megafarma to Distribute INVISTA’s Specialty Amine Portfolio in Mexico

Mexico-flagINVISTA has authorized Megafarma, an Azelis company, to distribute its DYTEK® Specialty Amine portfolio in Mexico. This includes DYTEK® Amine, DYTEK® DCH-99, DYTEK® HMI, and DYTEK® BHMT products.

With this new mandate, Megafarma’s CASE Division, will service customers across Mexico, with the INVISTA DYTEK® Specialty Amine portfolio.

Highlights of the Partnership


  • This new mandate continues to build on Azelis’ strategic acquisition of Megafarma to expand into the Latin American CASE market.
  • It aligns with Azelis’ corporate strategy of organic growth and solidifies the growth of Azelis Americas and Megafarma through the expansion of relationships of Key Principals into Mexico.
  • The mandate leverages existing Azelis Americas CASE assets, including application labs, digital platforms, technical and market intelligence, in the Mexican market.

INVISTA DYTEK® Specialty Intermediates provide the amines used in curing agents for composites and laminates. The DYTEK portfolio consists of multifunctional amines developed to enable R&D chemists, formulators and manufacturers to introduce new and differentiated products, discover new routes in organic synthesis, and advance new chemistry.
