RAMPF-raw-materialRAMPF Eco Solutions presents chemical solutions for the production of high-quality alternative polyols from PU and PET residues, PSA as well as renewable and bio-based raw materials at the PSE Europe 2019 from March 26th to 28th in Munich - Hall 3, Stand 631.

High-quality Alternative Polyols

RAMPF manufactures tailor-made polyols on an industrial scale in a specially developed chemical process using PU residues. The base polyols thus obtained are reintegrated into the customer's production process, creating a cycle that offers both .

In addition, RAMPF Eco Solutions has developed chemical processes that enable PET / PSA, other polyesters (PLA, PC, PHB) and renewable or bio-based raw materials such as vegetable oils to be used as raw material sources for the production of high-quality alternative polyols.

High Quality, Cost-effective, Sustainable

Marco Werth, Sales and Marketing Manager at RAMPF Eco Solutions:
Our alternative polyols meet the highest quality standards and are tailored to the customer's production. The use of RAMPF polyols not only produces first-class products, it also reduces the dependency on volatile markets as well as the consumption of raw materials and energy. In addition, our customers set a strong example on the market with this ecologically sustainable production cycle.

Multifunctional Systems for Polyol Production

RAMPF Eco Solutions is the market-leading partner for the holistic planning and construction of multifunctional plants for the production of tailor-made alternative polyols based on PU residues, PET / PSA, polyesters such as PLA or PHB and biomonomers.

The plants enable customers to manufacture their own polyols locally. These can then be returned directly to production.

RAMPF Eco Solutions combines its many years of experience in the development of chemical solutions with the industrial plant engineering expertise of its partners. At the PSE Europe 2019, the company will be presenting itself together with PURPLAN , a global specialist in tailor-made systems for polyurethane and synthetic resin production.

The owner-managed family-owned company based in Wallenhorst offers holistic solutions from a single source - from individual project configuration and automation technology to turnkey handover, commissioning and maintenance.
