FLORHAM PARK, NJ – Troy Corporation announces that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the industrial biocides business from Ashland Inc. The following brands are included in the acquisition and are now available exclusively from Troy: Fungitrol®, Nuosept®, Bacillat™, Bakzid™, Bodoxin™, Cinon™, Cleanguard™, Ebotec™, and Plastiguard™. These product lines serve the paint & coatings, metalworking fluids, energy, and plastics market segments.
