At K 2019’s INOVYN Awards ceremony, Perstorp has won silver in the category Sustainable Innovation for Pevalen™ Pro, a phthalate alternative plasticizer.
Pevalen™ Pro, a Phthalate Alternative Plasticizer
Pevalen™ Pro is based on partly renewable content. At the awards ceremony, the
plasticizer team was represented and happy to receive the award on behalf of Perstorp.
The award is a recognition that Perstorp’s strategy to become Finite Material Neutral, keeps it ahead of the industry but in pace with the market. Pevalen™ Pro will be available to the market later this year.
The INOVYN Awards
INOVYN Awards is a global competition designed to boost innovation by recognizing and promoting key achievements in the global vinyl industry. In total 93 projects were submitted across four categories: sustainability innovation, design innovation, process innovation and new product innovation. The ceremony took place at K2019, a leading fair for the plastics industry in Dusseldorf, Germany.
