Advantex® DS 8165-10P

Glass fiber chopped strand. It is designed to reinforce high temperature thermoplastics, such as PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI, PEEK, etc. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties, especially stiffness and high heat stability. Also offers an excellent dispersion in a large range of resin viscosities, even at high glass fibre loading (>55%). Exhibits excellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation. It is designed for a wide range of applications in automotive (gears, bearing cages, thrust washers, etc.), mechanical engineering (rings, wheels, impellers, flow metre parts, pump components, etc.), electronics (chip carrier, USB connectors, sockets, trails, etc.), aerospace (gear parts, etc.).
