Dynamar™ FX 5927

Dynamar™ FX 5927 by 3M is a high performance, free flowing fluropolymer. Acts as a processing aid. Reduces the die build-up and broadens the extrusion processing capabilities of polyolefin resins. Offers robust performance in the presence of antiblock agents, pigments and other inorganic additives. Is easily dispersed in compounding resins. Through optimization of the extrusion process, it may also allow for an increase in output and improved optical properties such as clarity and gloss. This optimization can yield films with enhanced bi-directional physical properties. Can also improve sustainability by improving processability of high strength resins, which allows for down-gauging. Exhibits an outstanding balance of properties for dispersibility and effectiveness for melt fracture elimination. Dynamar™ FX 5927 is used at very low levels in blown film processes. Ideal for use in extrusion of a wide range of polyolefin resins.
